Dr Alister Coutts has been responsible for a
wide range of projects and a selection of
projects appears hereunder:

Schools
Alister was responsible for 19 new Primary
schools and 8 new Secondary schools during
his period with The Highland Council
including 11 new Primary schools and 4 new
Secondary schools undertaken under two PPP
initiatives. |

Hospitals
Alister project managed the creation of the
Sir George Sharp Unit, the upgrading of
Cameron House, the upgrading of Haig House
and the new Newburgh Health Centre during
his period with Fife Health Board. |

Housing
Alister has acted as the Employer’s Agent
and Quantity Surveyor for a large number of
projects and this included Aberdeen City
Council’s Byron Park, Hayton Road, Rorie
Hall, Marchburn Drive & Oldcroft Place
housing initiatives. |

Commercial
Alister has acted either as the Project
Manager or Quantity Surveyor on a variety of
commercial projects including the fitting
out of Windsor House, the Empire Centre and
Mirror Tower for the Hong Kong Government. |

Transport
Alister has acted as the Project Co-ordinator
